1. Our services
Amigos Traders is a private trading community offering educational content, live trading discussions, and coaching.
Our services include:
- VIP Membership: $49.99 USD per month.
- Coaching + Setup: $299 USD as a one-time purchase. The coaching and setup work to be provided will be agreed with the customer before services begin.
The public website provides information about our services. Its homepage does not accept payments or grant community access.
2. Payments and subscriptions
VIP Membership is a recurring monthly subscription. Customers must agree to recurring billing before subscribing. The subscription renews at $49.99 USD per month until canceled.
Coaching + Setup is a one-time purchase, except for any separately disclosed and expressly accepted VIP subscription included with that purchase.
Where offered, eligible new coaching customers receive their first monthly VIP billing period at no additional charge. After that period, VIP Membership renews at $49.99 USD per month until canceled. This benefit is available once per customer, requires consent to recurring billing, and is not available to customers who previously held VIP membership or already used the benefit. Purchasing coaching does not change an existing VIP subscription or billing date.
3. Cancellation and refunds
VIP customers may cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and access remains active until that date. Started billing periods are not refundable, except where required by law.
Coaching + Setup customers may receive a full refund if they cancel before coaching or setup services begin. After services begin, refund requests will be reviewed based on services already provided and applicable law.

4. Educational content and trading risk
Our content, discussions and coaching are educational and do not replace individualized advice from a qualified financial professional.
Trading involves risk, including the possible loss of capital. We do not guarantee profits, trading performance or any particular outcome. Customers are responsible for their trading decisions.
5. Community content
Membership access is personal. Customers must not redistribute private community materials or share private access links without permission. Members must communicate respectfully and must not misuse the service or interfere with other members’ access.
6. Your legal rights
These terms do not exclude or limit any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
